FAQs
How do I book a lesson or clinic?
All clinics and private lessons can be viewed and booked online or on our app, “Opencourt SB.”
How do I know which clinic is best for my junior player?
Depending on your child's tennis level, coach Garrett can help recommend where to start your player.

What is the dress code?
Athletic clothing recommended, sneaker/tennis shoes required.
Do you provide tennis racquets?
Lender racquets are available upon request for both adults and juniors. Please reach out ahead of time to arrange one.
Cancellation policy
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel a clinic or private lesson reservation at least 24 hours before the booking's start time, the amount will be credited back to your account.
Any bookings cancelled inside the 24-hour window, or no-shows, will forfeit the booking — no credit will be issued.
Do you offer refunds?
All purchases are non-refundable.
Where are your clinics held?
All clinics and private lessons are held at the Santa Barbara Tennis Club unless noted otherwise.

Where do I pay?
All payments are made through our online booking system, Arketa.
How early should I arrive?
We recommend you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to clinic/lesson time to ensure adequate time to check in at the front desk.
